Update: COVID-19 Vaccination - March 2021

Dear Patients,

We hope all is well with you and that you are staying well during these challenging times.

Please keep checking back in our "News" section for further updates regarding COVID 19 vaccines.

The below website provides information for COVID vaccination clinics in Toronto and links for pre-registration and appointment bookings where available.

You can also phone the COVID-19 Call Centre at 1-888-385-1910 to speak with an agent who can help connect you to a local vaccine clinic and support the pre-registration or booking process. The Call Centre is staffed 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Please note the following information:

Please only sign up at one vaccination clinic site. Please do not register or book appointments at multiple sites. Please do not register or book an appointment for a second dose of vaccine; all second doses will be provided at the same clinic where your first dose was administered.

Note: There are no walk-in clinics available at this time. Vaccinations will be by appointment only and appointments made for those that are not yet eligible will not be honoured.

When the provincial booking system becomes operational in the coming days, there will be even more ways for eligible residents to book appointments.

Our office continues to remain open, and we are operating in accordance with Public Health and Ontario Medical Association guidelines. We continue to provide phone appointments to our patients and in-person appointments when necessary. Please see our COVID-19 update from Aug 24, 2020 (https://www.broadwayfamilymd.com/single-post/2020/08/24/coronavirus-covid-19-update) regarding the types of care we are currently providing.

We do not currently have access to the COVID-19 vaccine at our office, therefore we are not scheduling appointments for vaccinations and we do not have a wait list. We will post updates regarding vaccine availability regularly.

We know how difficult things are for everyone, and encourage you all to remain vigilant and follow Public Health guidelines. Please stay home, avoid unnecessary travel, wear a mask, and keep appropriate distance. The vaccine is coming, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but the more we all follow Public Health guidelines, the faster we will get there.

We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.

All the best,

Broadway Family Medicine
