For updates regarding Corona virus in Ontario, please consult the Ontario.ca website:
PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT OR ATTENDING OUR CLINIC, PLEASE NOTIFY OUR STAFF IF YOU HAVE:
1. Fever and acute respiratory illness (cough, shortness of breath), or pneumonia
AND any of the following:
2. Travel to China in the 14 days before the onset of illness
OR
3. Close contact with a confirmed or probable case of Corona virus
OR
4. Close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been to China within 14 days prior to their illness onset.
